Tara Thomas is a force behind the scenes—and in front of the story. With over 25 years in entertainment, she’s built her name in the trenches of the industry, not just behind a desk. From national tours to high-level media runs, Tara has worked alongside major artists, coordinating everything from press to VIP experiences with a hands-on, no-nonsense approach that gets results.
Known for being “boots on the ground,” Tara is the person who makes things happen when it matters most—whether it’s running meet & greets, advancing arenas, or stepping in to solve problems in real time. She’s earned respect across the industry for her ability to move with both strategy and instinct.
But Tara’s story goes deeper than entertainment.
She is also an author, using her lived experiences to create powerful, unfiltered stories that reflect resilience, survival, and truth. Her books are rooted in real life—touching on the struggles, the lessons, and the journey of rebuilding and redefining purpose. Now transitioning her work from page to screen, Tara is actively developing scripted projects based on her life, bringing authenticity and raw storytelling to film and television. Outside of entertainment, she serves as a case manager, advocating for families and showing up for people the same way she shows up in business—with heart, honesty, and action. Tara Thomas isn’t just part of the culture—she’s lived it, shaped it, and continues to build from it.

Chandler has built his brand around discipline, confidence, and self-improvement, positioning A Step Beyond as more than just apparel—it’s a mindset and movement focused on growth and resilience. He is married to Tara Thomas, an established entertainment publicist and industry professional.
